You are responsible for:

QuikSee is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your negligence.

4. Products & Services

  3. Actual product packaging, color, size, or appearance may vary.
  4. Availability of products depends on the seller's inventory.

5. Pricing

  1. Prices shown on QuikSee include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  2. Prices may change without prior notice.
  3. Delivery charges, platform fees, packaging charges, or convenience fees may apply and will be shown during checkout.

6. Orders

Once an order is placed:

  1. You will receive an order confirmation.
  2. Acceptance of an order depends upon product availability and seller confirmation.
  3. QuikSee reserves the right to cancel or reject any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or operational reasons.

7. Delivery

Delivery times shown are estimated only.

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  5. Technical issues

QuikSee is not liable for delays beyond reasonable control.

8. Customer Responsibilities

If delivery fails because of incorrect information or customer unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply.

9. Payments

10. Cancellation

Once:

  2. Grocery packing has begun,
  3. Delivery partner has been assigned,

the order may no longer be cancelled.

11. Refunds

Approved refunds are generally credited to the original payment method within the applicable banking timelines.

12. Returns

Return eligibility depends on product category.

Food, beverages, bakery items, ice cream, fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy products, and other perishable goods generally cannot be returned unless they are damaged, expired, incorrect, or missing.

Violation may result in suspension or permanent account termination.

All QuikSee logos, trademarks, graphics, software, content, and branding are the exclusive property of QuikSee unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

16. Privacy

Your use of QuikSee is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using our platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.

17. Limitation of Liability

QuikSee shall not be liable for:

  1. Product defects caused by sellers
  2. Delivery delays beyond reasonable control
  3. Loss of profits
  4. Indirect or consequential damages
  5. Technical interruptions
  6. Third-party payment gateway failures

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the relevant order.

18. Force Majeure

QuikSee shall not be responsible for any failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, internet outages, pandemics, or technical failures.
